SINOTRUK 2025 1st Foreign Trainer Camp Ends Successfully

06 June 2025

Recently, the inaugural session of SINOTRUK's 2025 Foreign Trainer Training Camp for the Africa Region (In-China Program) convened successfully in Jinan, Shandong. The program welcomed twenty-five trainees from nine French-speaking African nations, who acquired advanced automotive technology and management expertise from SINOTRUK.

The training program offered a comprehensive curriculum, encompassing the technical principles of SINOTRUK's diverse products, maintenance protocols, and sales and after-sales service strategies. The training employed a blended methodology of theory and practice, integrating theoretical instruction by SINOTRUK's technical personnel and senior industry specialists with practical application sessions.

The practical application sessions were a key feature of the training. Under the guidance of professional technicians, trainees engaged in disassembling, repairing, and maintaining various SINOTRUK vehicle models. Through this practical experience, participants developed a more intuitive comprehension of vehicle internal structures, honed repair methodologies, and bolstered their capabilities in practical problem-solving.

In addition to the technical curriculum, SINOTRUK also organized team-building activities for the trainees. These activities provided opportunities for participants to deepen their insights into China's history, culture, and societal development, thereby enhancing their understanding of China and refining their cross-cultural communication and teamwork competencies.

This training further reinforced SINOTRUK's engagement with the African market. The trainees are now poised to leverage the acquired advanced technology and concepts to better serve clientele in Africa, contributing to a robust foundation for SINOTRUK's sustained market penetration and growth on the continent. As a component of its ongoing commitment, SINOTRUK intends to organize three additional Foreign Trainer Training Camps for the African region this year, systematically broadening and deepening the scope of its training initiatives to nurture a cadre of distinguished professionals for the global automotive industry.
