SINOTRUK Global "Elite Team" Championship concludes triumphantly

Skill shapes the future; craftsmanship brings dreams to life. The first SINOTRUK Global 'Elite Team' Championship recently wrapped up at the SINOTRUK Global Marketing & Service Training Center. Focusing on the core expertise of trainers, this major event provided a world-class stage for trainers to showcase their professional skills and share teaching methods. By encouraging learning and improving proficiency through competition, it has delivered fresh momentum to SINOTRUK’s high-quality growth in overseas markets.

Officially kicking off on September 3, the championship encompassed three exciting tiers: the preliminary round, regional heats, and grand final. The preliminary rounds saw over 300 participants competing across core automotive sectors, including vehicle electronics, engines, transmissions, axles, and chassis brakes. Candidates faced rigorous theoretical assessments designed to evaluate their comprehensive knowledge. In the regional rounds, more than 100 advancing contestants concentrated on two main categories—mechanical and electrical—leveraging their specialties to showcase their expertise. Ultimately, 21 international trainers and 10 in-house trainers earned their places in the grand final. The championship featured a distinctive dual-track format, blending 'hands-on assembly/disassembly trials' with 'theoretical presentations.' Contestants demonstrated remarkable growth as they bridged theory and practice, highlighting the exceptional caliber of the program’s elite lecturers.

A panel of technical experts meticulously evaluated contestants on key criteria such as the depth of their theoretical presentations, precision in troubleshooting, and persuasive on-site communication. Based on performance across the three major tracks—international trainers (mechanical), international trainers (electrical), and in-house trainers—the panel awarded 3 first prizes, 6 second prizes, and 9 third prizes to the most outstanding contestants. This prestigious honor is not only a testament to the contestants' exceptional professional skills, but also a compelling reflection of SINOTRUK's robust training system and its dedication to empowering talent.
