First UN Order SINOTRUK Delivers Electric Trucks to UNDP in Philippines

The delivery marks the UNDP's first-ever procurement of electric trucks in the Philippines and SINOTRUK's first order in the UN procurement space within the Philippine market a milestone that reflects the global recognition and green technological strength of Chinese intelligent manufacturing.

  As international oil prices continue to rise, demand for conventional fire-powered vehicles in the Philippines has been declining. Anchored in the global shift toward green development, SINOTRUK identified the change in market demand and moved quickly to enter government procurement and green transportation using its electric trucks as the point of departure successfully opening up a new incremental market for new energy vehicles.
