To advance its overseas localization strategy and strengthen the service system in the Peruvian market, the SINOTRUK Peru Training Center recently held specialized technical training and a customer visit program, reinforcing the company's commitment to expanding its pickup truck presence among end-users in Peru.

Tailored to local road conditions, transport applications, and core customer needs in Peru, the training program featured a curriculum covering pickup truck structure and operating principles, powertrain maintenance and servicing, common fault troubleshooting, standard daily maintenance procedures, and hands-on repair skills, delivered through a combination of classroom instruction and practical exercises. Participants demonstrated high enthusiasm throughout the sessions, actively engaging in technical discussions and exchanging after-sales solutions, with all attendees successfully passing the final assessment.

Following the training, the SINOTRUK Peru team conducted site visits to key dealers and key customers to assess the pickup models' performance under local operating conditions and their road adaptability. The team gathered valuable user feedback and provided on-site support to resolve minor issues, earning high praise from customers. Local partners expressed strong confidence in the product quality and after-sales service system of SINOTRUK pickup trucks, signaling their intent to deepen the long-term partnership.

This initiative represents a strategic milestone in SINOTRUK’s efforts to optimize its localized service footprint in South America, address end-user needs with precision, and elevate the quality of overseas services. Moving forward, the SINOTRUK Peru Training Center will continue to provide regular training programs to support the company’s steady efforts to expand in the South American market.
